Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure of Uchcha Madhyamik (Higher Secondary) Level

Uchcha Madhyamik Pariksha (Higher Secondary Examination) is held in once a year in September/October. A learner can sit in maximum three subjects his/her first Uchcha Madhyamik Pariksha ( Higher Secondary Examination) on completion of one year after Registration & he/she can sit

There are two types of examination system in Uchcha Madhyamik (Higher Secondary) level –

1. General –

A learner shall be enroll his/her name for Uchcha Madyamik Pariksha ( Higher Secondary Examination)through online system in the respective study centre where he/she admitted /registered his/her name. A learner can appear in the examination maximum three subjects on completion of one year Registration. A learner can avail himself/herself of a maximum of five chances at an interval of one year within five years to complete the course for General learner(s).

2. Credit Transfer-

A learner shall be enroll his/her name for Uchcha Madyamik Pariksha ( Higher Secondary Examination)through online system in the respective study centre where he/she admitted /registered his/her name. A learner can appear in the examination maximum all subjects on completion of one year Registration. A learner can avail himself/herself of a maximum of five chances at an interval of one year within five years to complete the course. A learner may be permitted of a maximum three subjects for credit transfer in which a candidate obtained pass/qualifying marks .

The facility of credit transfer shall not be allowed after a period of five years from the year of last examination in which a student appeared in Uchcha Madhyamik (Higher Secondary) level from any Govt recognised Board/Council /Open Schooling/The West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling.

After completion of the online process, all Study Centre must be Submitted Printed filled up Application Form of Enrollment of all learners with relevant documents.

The following documents are to be submitted:

(i) Official letter with all learner information at prescribed statement proforma

            (ii) Original Copy of payment receipt

            (iii) Council’s copy of all learners filled up enrolment form with original     signature of learner & Co-ordinator

If any information of the learner is incorrect or false the West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling has full power to reject the Examination Enrolment Form and the fees paid by the Candidate forfeited by this Council.
