The Study Centres of THE WEST BENGAL COUNCIL OF RABINDRA OPEN SCHOOLING are located mostly Govt. Schools/Govt. aided Schools /Govt. Sponsor Schools. All the Study centre under WBCROS must be renewed every year after one year of the affiliation at Uchcha Madhyamik (Higher Secondary) level.
The Renewal process through online mode of The West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling starts at the beginning of every year. One month will be given to the Study Centre for complete the online renewal process. After completion of the online process, all study centre must be submitted all the hard copy/s of necessary documents along with printed Renewal form/s signed by the Secretary/President, Co-Ordinator, H.M./T.I.C. for spot verification of Uchcha Madhyamik (Higher Secondary) level for getting Renewal Certificate as per notification for spot verification’s date & time specified by the Council.

. Fees will be changed time to time with the approval of School Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal.
The following documents submitted by the School authority are getting Final Renewal Certificate.
1. First approval letter/certificate of study centre
2. Last three (3) years of Photo copies of renewal letter of the WBCROS
3. A copy of all terms & condition of signed by President/Secretary/Co-ordinator /H.M./T.I.C of the Study Centre
4. Photo copy of Resolution of existing managing committee
5. Audit/Internal audit report given by the Secretary of the study centre
6. Photo copy pay slip
7. Validity certificate of Managing Committee of School/NGO(Study Centre) of WBCROS
The Academic Calendar (i.e class routine) Uchcha Madhyamik (Higher Secondary) course
Co-ordinator of the study centre shall be held fully responsible if The West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling find any false information. If any information is incorrect or false. The West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling has fully power to cancelled the recognition of the Study Centre.
