Examination Procedure of Madhyamik (Secondary) Level

Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination) are held twice in a year-once in June and the other in December. A learner is to take his/her first Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination) on completion of one year after Registration. Question Papers are made only in Bengali & English version other than First languages & Second Languages. A learner can write answer all compulsory & additional subject(s) in Bengali or English only.

There are two types of examination system in Madhyamik (Secondary) level –

General: A learner is to take in all subjects in his/her first Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination) on completion of one year after Registration. A learner shall be enrolled/filled up enrollment cum Examination form in his/her name for Madyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination)through online system in the respective study centre where he/she admitted

/registered his/her name.

Credit Transfer:A learner may be permitted of maximum four subjects for credit transfer . The facility of credit transfer shall not be allowed after a period of five years from the year of publication of result in respective examination from which a student appeared in Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination) under any Govt recognized Board/council/Open Schooling/The West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling.

After completion of the online process, all Study Centre must be Submitted Printed filled up Application Form of Enrollment cum examination form of all learners with relevant documents.

If any information of the learner is incorrect or false the West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling has full power to reject the Examination Enrolment Form and the fees paid by the Candidate forfeited by this Council.
